The Association for Participatory Democracy “ADEPT” launched the Report of the main promises and achievements made by the electoral contestants in 2014-2018, TRIBUNA informs.
According to Secretary of ADEPT, Polina Panainte, nine fields of activity are reflected in the report, and experts from the public sector have analyzed what happened in 2014-2018 in the country, especially in 2016.
“The report analyzes the fields of economy and finance, infrastructure and communications, public order and justice, public administration, foreign relations, Transnistria, security and defence, social, health, education and youth. We decided that it is important for citizens to see what is happening before the elections. In 2016 we had relatively stable governance. After 2014, several deputies migrated from a party to the PDM, many of them created a new parliamentary group or remained unaffiliated. In 2015, we had a period of political instability, and PDM enjoyed an increase of the parliamentary faction, which enabled the Government of Philip to conquer in early 2016. From 2016 the PDM ruled the country, it was able to participate in the government program, “said Polina Panainte.
In turn, the director of ADEPT Igor Botan said that through this report voters can see how those who receive the mandate are making promises made in the electoral campaign.
“The parties have visions, programs, which present us on elections in an electoral platform, giving us some promises. The 2014-2018 period was specific, we had a year when the situation was marked by the banking crisis, in 3 years there was political stability and one party had the power to lead. We have analyzed the promises made by the socialists in the previous year with the current one because they were in opposition. Liberal Party, who was in power, and tried to implement his own visions. The fields of activity in the report were included from the electoral program of the contestants, “said Roman Botan.
In total, 100 promises have been collected in the report.
