Today, the integrated government portal EVO was launched. Evo.gov.md becomes the single access point for public services and digital interaction with state institutions, serving citizens, entrepreneurs, and the diaspora. EVO brings together all government services, platforms, and digital tools in one place, offering a unified and simple experience: one portal, one point of access, TRIBUNA reports.
The EVO portal, developed by the E-Governance Agency (AGE), integrates key government platforms, including:
- The Public Services Portal — servicii.gov.md
- The Government Portal for citizens and legal entities — MCabinet
- The page dedicated to electronic signatures, with information on obtaining and using them
Through evo.gov.md, users gain simplified access to:
- the EVO application
- digital identity and electronic signature (EVOSign)
- authentication (MPass)
- official notifications (MNotify)
- electronic payments (MPay)
- online appointments, petitions, and information requests
- resources and documentation for developers (egov4dev, Unified Design Model)
- the Electronic Services Development Platform (PDSE)
- and other public digital resources
Via the EVO portal, users can sign electronic documents and verify signatures, pay for public services quickly and securely, grant representation rights to others, schedule appointments with public institutions, access public data, and submit petitions or information requests — all from a single access point.
Among the most frequently accessed documents are criminal record certificates, cadastral services and documents, apostilles, civil status documents, extracts from state registers, certificates of no debt or income confirmation, as well as business‑related services: from customs declarations and trade notifications to transport permits, sanitary authorizations, and food safety certificates.
Overall, the EVO portal centralizes 620 public services, of which 396 are available online.
The development of the EVO integrated portal is carried out by the E‑Governance Agency under the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, with support from development partners — the Innovate Moldova program, funded by Sweden and the United Kingdom and implemented by the Moldova Development Foundation. Direct costs are estimated at approximately €45,000.
