Amid the massive attacks carried out by the Russian Federation against Ukraine this morning, including in the Odesa region, the Air Operations Service detected the unauthorized flight of a drone that briefly crossed into the airspace of the Republic of Moldova near the village of Palanca, TRIBUNA reports.

According to the information provided, at 10:33, the drone entered Moldova’s national airspace from the direction of Maiaky, Ukraine. It crossed the state border of the Republic of Moldova near Palanca and penetrated approximately 500 meters into the country’s territory. At 10:34, the aircraft returned to Ukrainian airspace along the same route.

“The illegal crossing was confirmed by both representatives of the Border Police of the Republic of Moldova and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

National institutions, together with their partners, continue to monitor the airspace to ensure the safety of citizens,” the Ministry of Defense said.
