Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Roman Roșca, held a meeting with the Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Izabela Sylwia Hartmann.

The discussions focused on a wide range of current issues concerning the residents on both banks of the Nistru River, including from the perspective of ensuring compliance with fundamental human rights and freedoms standards in the eastern districts of the country.

In the context of preparations for the parliamentary elections on September 28, 2025, it was noted that the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), at the request of the Moldovan authorities, will ensure the monitoring of the electoral process through a group of experts and contracted observers.
