At the 28th General Assembly in Prague, members of the European Christian Political Party (ECPP) renewed Valeriu Ghiletchi’s mandate as President through 2029.

Under his leadership, ECPP has grown in size and political presence, including his role as Spitzenkandidat in the 2024 European elections and his participation in the Maastricht Debate.

“It is a great motivation and responsibility to represent our party and promote Christian values in European politics,” said Mr. Ghilețchi, the former deputy speaker of the Republic of Moldova.
