Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov met with Natalia Voutova, the new Head of the Council of Europe Office in Chisinau, TRIBUNA reports.

“We discussed the current state of the negotiation process and how we can deepen cooperation with the Council of Europe team in the areas of justice, human rights protection, and strengthening democratic institutions”, Cristina Gherasimov said.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov expressed her gratitude for the continued support and expertise provided by the Council of Europe in implementing the reforms needed for the Republic of Moldova’s European integration process.
