77.8% of respondents do not know Alexandru Vornicu, the mayor of Stăuceni and a potential candidate of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) for mayor of Chișinău in the 2027 local elections, TRIBUNA reports.

According to the poll conducted by Intellect Group among a sample of 968 people between September 5 and 9, with a margin of error of 3.2%, 4.8% said they knew who he was, while 2.6% correctly identified his name.

Another 12.6% said his face looked familiar, but they could not remember who he was.

It is worth recalling that on June 15, Alexandru Vornicu was proposed by PAS Chișinău as its candidate for mayor general of Chișinău Municipality in the 2027 local elections.
