November 5, 2026, is the final day for submitting applications to authorize opinion polls on voters’ political preferences in connection with the regional elections scheduled for November 15, 2026.

Applications for exit poll authorization and the registration of interview operators must be submitted to the CEC no later than November 8, 2026.

The results of opinion polls authorized by the CEC during this electoral period may be published until November 13, 2026, two days before election day.

On election day, November 15, 2026, the publication of any opinion poll results concerning voters’ political preferences is prohibited until 9:00 PM.

After that time, only the results of exit polls and after-polls, as well as the results of opinion polls that were made public before election day, may be published.
