Deputy Prime Minister Chiveri Expresses Appreciation for Japan’s Continued Support for the Republic of Moldova

Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri met with Japan’s Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, Kazuyuki Takeuchi, TRIBUNA reports.

The discussions focused on current developments in the Transnistrian settlement process, the situation in the country’s eastern districts, as well as the efforts of the Moldovan authorities to promote a peaceful, gradual, and sustainable reintegration process, while respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.

Deputy Prime Minister Valeriu Chiveri expressed his appreciation for Japan’s continued support for the Republic of Moldova in its modernization and development efforts, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
