The Public Property Agency (APP), acting as the founder of the State Enterprise “MoldATSA,” will issue an order to dismiss the enterprise’s administrator, Dumitru Vangheli, effective Monday, June 22, following a request submitted to the Agency by the Board of Directors, TRIBUNA reports.
On June 20, the Board of Directors of MoldATSA decided, during a meeting, to revoke the administrator’s mandate due to the founder’s loss of confidence in him.
Pursuant to Article 7(3) of Law No. 246/2018 on State and Municipal Enterprises, as well as Article 200 of the Civil Code, the Public Property Agency, exercising its powers as founder and acting within its legal authority, will issue a decision terminating the mandate of the administrator of MoldATSA.
The position will be temporarily filled by Andrei Cebanu, currently Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Authority.
At the same time, the investigation launched by the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission at the founder’s instruction will continue. Should additional relevant circumstances be identified during the inquiry, all appropriate legal measures will be taken in relation to Dumitru Vangheli.
