Management of Turboenergy Power participated in a leadership program led by Florin Ioniță

At the end of April 2026, in Bucharest, the management team of Turboenergy Power, operating in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, took part in a leadership training session. The program was coordinated by Florin Ioniță, an entrepreneur and coach with over 20 years of experience.

The training focused on three fundamental pillars: communication, leadership, and teamwork.

“The main mission of a leader is to define reality and clearly understand where the team stands in order to design an effective path forward,” Florin Ioniță emphasized at the opening of the session.

For Turboenergy Power, investing in employee development remains a constant priority.

“Without continuous development, we cannot achieve results that meet expectations. That is why we have consistently invested in technical capabilities, human resources, and international expansion. These efforts are reflected in increased expertise and the quality of the services we provide,” said Victor Slivinschi, CEO of the company.

Founded in 2007, Turboenergy Power operates in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, employing over 400 people. Over its 19 years of activity, the company has implemented major projects for Electrocentrale București (ELCEN), the Petrotel and Rompetrol România refineries, as well as HeidelbergCement and Lafarge. The company has also contributed to the modernization of the Dubăsari Hydropower Plant and Stânca-Costești Hydropower Plant hydropower plants.Its partners include Emerson, Strabag, Siemens Energy, and Doosan Škoda.
