Bureau for European Integration is hosting young people who have chosen to do their internship this summer in the Government. Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, and 13 students and master postgraduates had a discussion about what the BEI team does every day to move things forward and prepare the country for accession.

Over two months, the trainees will work side by side with the Bureau staff and learn first-hand how much effort is put in and how public institutions work.

‘They are curious, wise young people, eager to learn as much as they can behind the scenes of the integration process and ready to put into practice the knowledge they have gained during their studies’, said Cristina Gherasimov.

She encouraged them to get actively involved and make the most of the experience. ‘When they finish their studies, we are looking forward to teaming up with them’, added Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration.
