Vlad Filat, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM), candidate for the position of president of the country, says that several actions have already been taken, including a very serious one related to the non-execution of the decision of the European Court for Human Rights, because he not be able to participate in the elections of October 20, informs TRIBUNA.

The politician said that if the stage is reached so that he is not registered as a candidate for the presidential elections, he will participate anyway.
