The Prosecutor Vetting Commission is in receipt of a letter of resignation from Tatiana Răducanu, dated 15 May 2024.
The Commission notes that, despite this resignation, it will continue to have five active members and will therefore maintain its quorum. The Commission will therefore continue its full legal functions and will carry on expeditiously with its work.
The members of the Commission wish to thank Tatiana Răducanu for her work on the Commission, and for her professionalism, integrity, and collegiality.
