Interior Minister Andrei Nastase wrote an application for dismissal of the Member of Parliament due to incompatibility of his posts. 

Recall, according to the current legislation, deputies of parliament, who became part of the government, are obliged, within 30 days after recognition of the mandate, to make a choice in favor of one of the government posts.
