Between November 1 and 6, 2026, the Russian Federation continued its attacks on Ukraine, causing destruction and civilian casualties. Against the backdrop of these attacks, on November 4, a drone entered the airspace of the Republic of Moldova without authorization, flying over the area of Camenca (Transnistrian region) and Vărăncău, Soroca district, TRIBUNA reports.

Additionally, on November 5, drone fragments were discovered on the outskirts of Gordinești, Rezina district. The fragments did not contain any explosive charge.

It should be recalled that, since the beginning of 2026, a total of 69 incidents involving violations of the Republic of Moldova’s airspace have been recorded. Since 2022, the total number of documented incidents has reached 106.
