Moldovan Parliament Adopted 29 Legislative Acts in October

In October, Members of Parliament held five plenary sessions, lasting a total of more than 22 hours. During these sessions, Parliament adopted 29 legislative acts: 28 laws and one resolution, TRIBUNA reports.

Of the adopted acts, eight concern the harmonization of national legislation with European Union legislation, while nine are included in the National Programme for the Accession of the Republic of Moldova to the EU for 2025–2029. Before being submitted to Parliament’s plenary for a vote, draft legislative acts were examined by the standing committees. In October, the committees held 47 meetings, during which they approved 49 reports, 19 co-reports, and 43 opinions.

During October, 37 legislative acts entered the legislative procedure. In addition, seven public consultations and hearings were organized on legislative initiatives addressing issues of public interest.
