European Council President António Costa stated that “the second EU–Moldova Summit could not have taken place at a more fitting moment, following a truly historic step: the opening of negotiations on the ‘Fundamentals’ cluster,” TRIBUNA reports.

“Today, together with President Maia Sandu, we will deepen our partnership even further,” the official said.
