Lawyer Fadei Nagacevschi argues that the restrictions imposed on the Republican Party Inima Moldovei must be lifted without delay, presenting three reasons why this should happen:

1. The financial audit conducted by the Central Electoral Commission found no illegal financing of the party.
   This was the only basis for restricting the party’s activity, and that basis no longer exists.
2. A party cannot be kept under restrictions for eight months solely on the basis of suspicions.
   According to Nagacevschi, this contradicts both common sense and the law.
3. A dangerous precedent has been created in Moldova.
   “If this was done to Inima Moldovei, tomorrow the same could be done to any other party or any citizen,” he warned.

“The restrictions must be lifted immediately. The law requires this,” the lawyer emphasized.
