The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office announced that today the Chișinău Court, Buiucani office, fully upheld the prosecutor’s request to extend by another 30 days the preventive arrest applied to Vladimir Plahotniuc.

The judicial debates are scheduled to begin on 23 March at 10:00.

In the same context, on 19 March, the Chișinău Court, Ciocana office, admitted all three motions submitted by prosecutors to extend the preventive arrest of Vladimir Plahotniuc in the criminal cases that are still in the investigation phase.
