For institutions where it is still possible to organize classes in person, it is recommended that lessons begin at 09:00, in order to reduce the risks associated with travel in hazardous road conditions.

At the same time, local education authorities and schools are advised to assess the situation daily and take decisions aimed at ensuring and protecting the safety of children, teachers, and school staff.
