The National Insolvency Centre (CNI) Moldinsolv became today, 23 January 2026, the coordinating member of INSOL Europe in the Republic of Moldova.

CNI Moldinsolv President Irina Selevestru stated that “insolvency is an indispensable component of the modern economy, and joining such a European network strengthens professional cooperation and the exchange of best practices between states. Through this step, Europe comes closer to every insolvency practitioner, lawyer, auditor, evaluator and expert in the Republic of Moldova.” She added that “through INSOL Europe, conferences, roundtables, workshops and joint projects will be organized, offering local professionals direct access to European expertise, international dialogue and cooperation initiatives.”
