Parliament hosted yesterday the fact-finding visit of the Venice Commission rapporteurs, TRIBUNA reports.
The officials held discussions with members of the Legal Committee on Appointments and Immunities, as well as with representatives of all parliamentary factions.
The fact-finding visit is organized in the context of preparing the joint opinion of the Venice Commission and the Directorate General for Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe regarding the legislative initiative proposing the creation of the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Prosecutor’s Office.
