Officers from the National Investigation Inspectorate (INI), in cooperation with Anti-Corruption prosecutors and police from the BPDS “Fulger” unit, carried out new searches today in connection with electoral corruption, large-scale illegal financing of political parties, initiative groups, and electoral competitors, as well as large-scale money laundering committed by an organized criminal group.

Simultaneously, police and prosecutors in Ungheni are conducting searches related to the same criminal offenses.
