The Ministry of Justice communicated that the Judge Evaluation Commission continues its activity as usual, informs TRIBUNA. 

“With reference to the Commission for the Evaluation of Prosecutors, as mentioned by the President, Maia Sandu, it is a technical break, but following the active dialogue of the last weeks with the EU, we will solve the challenges that have arisen with their help, from European funds.

They are just some technical procedures, to ensure a practical transfer of funding from the US to the EU, so as not to jeopardize work processes” – the institution stated.

Also, MJ emphasized: The evaluation process of prosecutors is a necessary one and will continue.
