Veronica Dragălin’s letter is a move by the prosecutors against the pre-vetting and the vetting that they were going to pass. The statement was made by Vlad Filat, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM), informs TRIBUNA.
The former Prime Minister, during the “ГЛАВНОЕ” show on TVC21, said that what happened regarding Tatiana Răducanu, a member of the Pre-vetting Commission, is a continuation of the justice reform saga.
“We must not forget the stages that have been passed and see what we have today.
It’s a collapse of the judicial system”, he said, specifying that it is about “the ambitions of Maia Sandu, she said the judiciary must first be cleaned – that is, destroyed, and then reformed”.
The leader of the PLDM also said that “the reform of the Judiciary should have started by evaluating the prosecutors, not the judges”. “Veronica Dragălin’s letter is a move by the prosecutors against the Pre-vetting and Vetting that they were going to pass,” he concluded.
