The ex-vice president of the Parliament, Alexandru Slusari, a potential presidential candidate, said that if the information presented in the letter of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office regarding Tatiana Răducanu – that she had connections with Ilan Șor and Veaceslav Platon – has conclusive evidence, “then the pertinent question arises if Mrs. Sandu still has the moral right to run for the next term of office as president,” informs TRIBUNA.
“It’s no secret that Ms. Răducanu was promoted to the Pre-Veting Commission directly by the president, and it would be more than serious to include in this strategic structure a person with direct ties to the criminal oligarchs, directed from the Kremlin. Especially in the situation when there were reasonable suspicions and journalistic investigations in relation to this former member of the CSM during the period when justice was almost already captured”, he declared.
According to his words, if the information in the letter is erroneous, regardless of the reasons for the appearance of forgeries in the text, Veronica Dragalin must resign immediately.
