The Prosecutor Vetting Commission completed the evaluation of Tatiana Rotaru, a candidate for the Superior Council of Prosecutors’ (SCP) Selection and Evaluation Board membership.

The Commission unanimously concluded that Tatiana Rotaru is compliant with the ethical and financial integrity criteria provided by Law No. 26/2022 and thus passes the evaluation.

The decision was sent to the candidate and the SCP. The Commission will also publish the decision on its website if the candidate does not object to publication.
