Former Finance Minister Ion Chicu, named presidential adviser

“Given the experience, integrity and the need to attract notorious specialists to the service of the state and society, I proposed to Ion Chicu to accept the position of Adviser of the President of the Republic of Moldova. Good things have to continue in Moldova”, Igor Dodon announced in a Facebook post.

The president made this proposal to the former Minister of Finance at a meeting held today. Thus, Ion Chicu was appointed adviser Igor Dodon by the decree signed by him.

We remind that Ion Chicu was appointed Finance Minister in Filip Government in December 2018.
