Three deputies of the  Political Party Șor, on Tuesday, April 2, participate in the discussions launched yesterday by the Bloc NOW.

As TRIBUNA informs, according to a press release, the Political Party Șor called on the political parties “immediately after the parliamentary elections to identify as soon as possible a solution to form a parliamentary coalition and to start the work to solve the problems of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova “.

“Although he announced that he will be in the Opposition in the current Parliament, the Political Party Șor is perhaps the most interested parliamentary party that the current Legislature should start its activity as soon as possible. The formation already announced a set of priorities and legislative initiatives that we intend to develop and include them in the parliamentary circuit as soon as possible. Legislative initiatives presented by deputies of the “Șor” Party include the implementation of the development strategy for collective farms  and the protection of the native agricultural producer; the adoption of the law on “Guaranteed free medicines for pensioners”; amending the State Pension System Act to ensure a significant increase in the minimum pension so that it represents 80% of the average salary; the adoption of a law on the cancellation of taxes on products and goods sold in social shops; adopting the National Strategy on Stimulating the return of citizens to the country. Also, the Political Party “ȘOR” proposes to abolish parliamentary immunity for deputies “

The Political Party decided to appoint three deputies – Marina Tauber, Reghina Apostolova and Denis Ulanov – to represent him in the discussions launched by the bloc NOW.

“Political Party Șor declares that it is not controlled by any domestic or foreign political force, unlike other parliamentary political parties, including, or especially, the Bloc Now it is interested to unblock the activity of Parliament and to start the process of elaboration and adoption of laws “.

According to them, the deputies of the Șor Party are taking part in discussions to take note of the proposals of the Bloc NOW  and eventually even could sign the legislative initiatives of the Bloc and support the minority government of Maia Sandu.

“We are in opposition, but we are open to discussion and dialogue. A priority for us is the problems and needs of people, not political rivalries. The people who have elected us and delegated us to Parliament expect real things from us, laws and resolutions, not promises and vague political statements. We do not need functions, as some of us are fighting for, our only function is to be in the service of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, “said the head of the fraction and the Political Party Șor, Ilan Şor,  at the first session of Parliament.
