The Minister of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, Nicolae Ciubuc seemed cheerful at the previous Government meeting. He had a reason for this because only three days earlier he had won the mandate for the post of deputy in the constituency in which he has run. Considering that this was his first direct contact with politics, the result is a performance. Mr Ciubuc, congratulations and great success!
