As several ministers have reduced their obligations and involved in the parliamentary elections, the state secretaries are responsible for leading the ministries. State Secretaries are everywhere – at ministries, at public events, at Government meetings, etc. And among the most active are Boris Gâlcă from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection and Simion Carp from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They must understand that they are temporary leaders, and they must not  devote themselves entirely to this work because they can have psychological barriers after such experience.
