The conditional rating that was made by the news portal Tribuna discusses the problems which comes to be solved by the future government .
The first problem is ensuring financial and budgetary stability. “The first big problem is going to be faced by the future government ensuring financial and budgetary stability. Lack of European support and the promotion of a number of populist measures with a pronounced pre-election charter devastated the budget by the nowadays government, having made a huge gap in it, which will be a heavy burden on state budget in the coming years. It is obvious that the real proportions of this hole are hidden, but after the elections they will be fully manifested”- the authors of the rating note.
The second problem is ensuring internal stability. “ The second problem of the future government will be to ensure internal stability. Of course, after the elections there will be preconditions for destabilization of the situation, and many politicians will be interested in “the situation is out of control”. Any destabilization will further exacerbate the disastrous situation in which the Republic of Moldova finds itself. Moreover, the large- scale destabilization can be fatal for the government of the Republic of Moldova, especially if you take into account the existing regional context, including the destabilization in the neighboring countries”,- stated in the source.
The third problem is the cessation of mass outflow of population. “The third big problem of the future government will be the cessation of mass outflow of population and creation of prerequisites for the return of already departed citizens. Moldova is at risk of losing its citizens in a few decades, which is tantamount to the disappearance of the state, Therefore, the solution to this problem should be an absolute priority for the future government”, the article says.
