General Mayor Ion Ceban addressed a message to the central authorities, who, according to him, have held back Chișinău City Hall for almost three years regarding the works on the cobblestone segment.

“In this area there are spaces and plots of land that belong to the Government, where the City Hall cannot intervene with repair works. We have requested this before and we repeat our appeal: take care of the land that belongs to you,” he stated.

Additionally, today the mayor instructed that all City Hall documents related to the Triumphal Arch be fully coordinated, so that the Government can begin the works, as previously announced, should any procedural obstacles exist.
