Parliament Speaker of Denmark Pia Kjærsgaard pays a visit to Moldova on 19-21 September, at an invitation by Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

The visit’s agenda includes meetings with Parliament’s Speaker Andrian Candu, Prime Minister Pavel Filip and President Igor Dodon. The speaker of the Danish parliament will also have discussions with the management of the Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry, as well as with young entrepreneurs who benefited from programmes financed by the government of Denmark.

Pia Kjærsgaard will also have a working dinner with Deputy Parliament Speaker Valeriu Ghiletchi, will visit the session hall and will put down a message in the parliament’s Book of Honour.

The fourth parliament deputy speaker Leif Mikkelsen is also member of the Danish delegation.

Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu paid a visit to Denmark in early 2018. The diplomatic relations between Moldova and the Kingdom of Denmark were established in January 1992.
