Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, submitted the same list of persons for positions of deputy Prime Minister and Minister today, after President, Igor Dodon, had rejected the first nomination, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

According to the Constitution’s provisions, President is obliged to accept the second time Prime Minister’s suggestions and there is also a decision of the Constitutional Court (CC) on it.
