The Constitutional Court today validated the mandate of Communist MP Alla Mironic.

The decision was made after MP of the Party of Communists of Moldova Vasile Panciuc filed his mandate for health reasons, and parliament declared vacant a parliamentary mandate from the Communist faction.

The ruling is final, cannot be subject to any appeal, enters into force upon adoption and is published in the Official Journal of Moldova.

Alla Mironic ranks 24th on the election list of the PCRM at the parliamentary elections in November 2014.

Mironic is the head of the Moldovan Veterans’ Union.

The PCRM faction is made up of seven MPs.
