The cabinet approved today appointing Lilia Palii as Secretary General of the Government, declared the winner of the competition for top-level public office, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

In the context, Prime Minister Pavel Filip appreciated the dedication and professionalism of Mrs. Palii during her previous work as Secretary General of the Government. He expressed confidence that her experience would serve as a support to meet goals on the government’s agenda.

Lilia Palii has 25 years of experience in public administration, serving as Secretary General of Government since 14 September 2016.
