Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi opened the Annual Meeting of the Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Moldova, TRIBUNA reports.

In his address, the Minister spoke about Moldova’s foreign policy priorities in the context of European integration, regional security, and economic development, as well as the role of honorary consuls in strengthening the country’s international partnerships.

“The Republic of Moldova has made a clear and irreversible choice to join the European Union, and the new Government is determined to maintain the momentum of the accession process. Our country has much to offer: competitive companies, talented people, a growing technology sector, quality agricultural products, wines, and food products with a distinctive identity. You are trusted partners, with a unique ability to build bridges between the Republic of Moldova and the societies in which you live,” Mihai Popșoi said.
