The first three candidates for the position of Governor (Bashkan) of Gagauzia have been preliminarily determined in the ballot, TRIBUNA reports.

The Central Electoral Council of Gagauzia, following a drawing of lots, determined the preliminary order in which two nominated candidates for the position of Governor of Gagauzia will appear on the ballot. During the previous day, they submitted the necessary documents and signature lists for registration in the electoral race.

Following the drawing of lots, their preliminary order on the ballot was determined as follows:

Alexandr Stoianoglo, nominated by a group of citizens — second position;

Corneliu Dudnic, nominated by a group of citizens — third position.

The first position on the ballot was assigned to Fiodor Gagauz, nominated by the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova.
