A protest against the increase in energy resource tariffs is taking place outside the headquarters of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE), TRIBUNA reports.

Citizens and representatives of several political parties are taking part in the protest, including the National Alternative Movement, the “Democracy at Home” Party, the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, Our Party, the European Social Democratic Party, among others.

Those attending are calling for solidarity with citizens and the resignation of the government.

“Shameless! While people are protesting, they approved a gas tariff of more than 26 lei in just 15 minutes. PAS must resign!” said Ion Ceban, leader of the National Alternative Movement.

We recall that, simultaneously with the protest, an ANRE meeting is taking place, during which a decision was made to increase tariffs for gas and heating.
