Ion Ceban, leader of the National Alternative Movement and mayor of the capital, has called for the immediate convening of the National Security Council and the Crisis Management Centre, established by PAS, in response to recent developments. He noted that the country’s airspace has become increasingly exposed, with drones flying more frequently over Moldovan villages and one crashing yesterday just outside Chișinău, TRIBUNA reports.
“For the peace of mind of citizens, come forward and explain what concrete measures the state is taking in these situations.
Stop attending funerals and medal-awarding ceremonies, focus on the problems facing people at home, and take measures to ensure citizens’ security, including in response to the exorbitant rise in prices,” the politician stated.
Ion Ceban added: “Where are the state security measures you spoke so much about? Face the people and stop hiding!”
