Prime Minister Vasily Tofan condemned the Russian Federation’s attacks on Ukraine at the beginning of today’s Government meeting and said that, unfortunately, 17 drones were recorded crashing on the territory of the Republic of Moldova in August alone — more than during the entire year of 2025, TRIBUNA reports.

“This is becoming something of a norm, but it is an extremely worrying trend.

What is even more concerning is the fact that we have political forces that do not take these dangerous incidents seriously enough, even though they put the lives of our citizens and our children at risk,” the prime minister emphasized.
