The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has announced the launch and organization of public consultations on the drafting and amendment of several regulatory acts necessary for organizing and conducting the regional elections in the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, scheduled for November 15, 2026:

1. The Instruction on the procedure for sorting, packaging, sealing, and transferring documents, electoral materials, and electoral equipment after the closing of polling stations during the November 15, 2026 elections for the position of Governor (Bashkan) of Gagauzia and the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia;
2. The Regulation on the nomination and registration of candidates for the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia elections of November 15, 2026;
3. The Regulation on the nomination and registration of candidates for the position of Governor (Bashkan) of Gagauzia in the November 15, 2026 elections;
4. The Regulation on the specific procedures for nominating and registering candidates in local elections, approved by Central Electoral Commission Decision No. 1103/2023.
