Cristina Gherasimov in Dublin Thanks Ireland for Its Support for Moldova and Its Citizens

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov, who is in Dublin for the informal meeting of the General Affairs Council, held talks with John Lahart, Chair of the Foreign Affairs and Trade Committee, and Barry Ward, Chair of the European Affairs Committee of the Irish Parliament, reports TRIBUNA.

The discussions focused on the Republic of Moldova’s European path, the role of Parliament in the accession process, and the priorities on Moldova’s European agenda.

“We discussed the Republic of Moldova’s European path, the role of Parliament in the accession process, and the priorities on our European agenda,” Cristina Gherasimov said.

The Deputy Prime Minister thanked the Irish side for its openness, cooperation, and all the support provided to Moldova and its citizens, including those for whom Ireland has become a second home.
