The number of voters registered in the State Register of Voters as of August 3, 2026, stands at 3,305,709, TRIBUNA reports.

Of the total number of voters registered in the State Register of Voters (3,305,709), 2,761,304 citizens with voting rights are assigned to second-level administrative-territorial units.

The difference consists of citizens of the Republic of Moldova who have the right to vote but do not have a registered domicile or residence, including those who have officially emigrated abroad (265,835 persons), as well as citizens with voting rights whose registered domicile is located in the administrative-territorial units on the left bank of the Dniester, which are temporarily outside the effective control of the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova (278,570 persons).
