The Parliament is hosting the “Native Land” exhibition, showcasing the work of young artists from Ungheni. More than 30 paintings created by students and graduates of the Raisa Cojocaru School of Fine Arts in Ungheni are on display, offering visitors depictions of their homeland, Moldova’s cultural heritage, and national traditions as seen through the eyes of a new generation of artists, TRIBUNA reports.

The exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of Tamara Gheorghița, Deputy Secretary General of Parliament, who praised the talent and creativity of the young artists, as well as the dedication of their teachers in nurturing and promoting emerging talent.

Tamara Gheorghița also emphasized the importance of hosting such events in Parliament, describing the institution as one that is open to cultural initiatives highlighting the Republic of Moldova’s heritage and artistic potential.

“We are pleased to see young people who are eager to share beauty with future generations and leave their mark on history through their creations,” Tamara Gheorghița said.
