Speaker of Parliament Igor Grosu met with Falk Lange, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Chișinău, who is concluding his mandate in the Republic of Moldova.

During the meeting, Igor Grosu thanked Falk Lange for his support in advancing reforms over the past three years, a period marked by numerous challenges for the Republic of Moldova.

“Our country is determined to build a genuine rule-of-law state. We appreciate the assistance provided in judicial reform, the fight against corruption, and efforts to combat money laundering. The Council of Europe Office in Chișinău is a trusted partner for our institutions implementing these difficult reforms,” the Speaker of Parliament said.

At the end of the meeting, Igor Grosu wished Falk Lange every success in his future assignments.
