Igor Grosu, Speaker of Parliament, stated that the opening of accession negotiations on the first cluster is the result of the work, reforms, and joint efforts undertaken over the past years, TRIBUNA reports.
“I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this progress: state institutions, our European partners, civil society, the business community, and the citizens who believe in the European future of our country.
Moldova is delivering results, and we will continue to build a stronger state, more efficient institutions, and a European future for every citizen,” the official said.
The Speaker of Parliament also noted that, step by step, Moldova is becoming a member state of the European Union.
