President Maia Sandu visited Stăuceni yesterday, where she took part in activities dedicated to International Children’s Day and toured the newly renovated Stăuceni Town Hall building, TRIBUNA reports.

The head of state spent time with local children, who painted, sang, danced, and enjoyed the activities prepared for the celebration in a lively and cheerful atmosphere.

The President also visited the new Town Hall headquarters, recently renovated and modernized to provide citizens with improved public services. Residents of Stăuceni will now have access to all municipal services in a new, modern building constructed from the ground up in record time and equipped to high standards.

“With courageous local administrations and a lot of hard work, we are modernizing the entire country — community by community,” Maia Sandu stated.
